Struggling to manage daily anxiety and restless thoughts

Lately, I have been finding it nearly impossible to quiet my mind, especially once the house is finally quiet at night. I feel like I am constantly on edge, worrying about the smallest things, and it is starting to affect my sleep and my patience with my family. I really want to find a way to feel more grounded and calm without having to rely on heavy medications that make me feel like a zombie. Does anyone have experience with natural ways to soothe a racing mind and actually feel some peace during the day?
